If things need fixing we offer a 24/7 helpdesk repair service through both our online portal and telephone service
Response within 4 hours and a fix within 24 hours for very urgent issues like burst pipes or boilers
Urgent repairs like, heating issues or problems with the loos, will be made within 3 days
And more routine issues like a floor or wall tile that may need replacing if broken will be done within 2 weeks
What we think will give you the most confidence is to come and see the apartments, they are well made and finished to a high standard, so along with the sterling support of The Property Managers and your efforts to look after it, we think you will find it a wonderful place to call your home.
